Also, please note that we are unable to rectify any errors made in the selection of the amount of credit. Top-up validity periods are 7, 14 or 30 days depending on type and value of top-up.

Given the urgency and importance of the current situation regarding Coronavirus, we are introducing a number of temporary measures to help reduce costs at a time when people need it most, and to help ensure people can stay in touch.

These changes are currently scheduled to last for 3 months but will be reviewed as appropriate with the current situation:
Top-up monetary credit validity periods have been extended to 180 days, regardless of the value of the top up.
